JOB SCOPE

  • Assist in supervising the Quality Management activities of both QA & QC functions.
  • Manage and maintain measuring and monitoring equipment to ensure reliability and compliance.
  • Conduct routine testing.
  • Outgoing quality Inspection.
  • Coordinate manpower arrangement for QA and QC tasks.
  • Review and verify quality testing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide training and guidance to QA and QC staff to ensure competency and continuous improvement.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma and above in Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within a relevant industry (e.g., food & beverage, medical devices, manufacturing).
  • Basic Knowledge & Exposure: Foundational understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, GMP, or HACCP.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with basic data analysis ability.

JOB SCOPES

  • Monitor and optimize PET preform injection molding processes to ensure product quality, cycle time efficiency, and machine reliability.
  • Perform mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of injection molding machines, molds, hot runner systems, and associated equipment, follow the SOP.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance, service & repair.
  • Perform injection preform molding, and changeover activities, ensuring minimal downtime and proper setup.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance and engineering activities.
  • Standby to attend to emergencies over time and troubleshoot machine problems as needed.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or higher.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience in manufacturing (experience in injection molding will be an added advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on working attitude.

We seek a Electrical Engineer to oversee, maintain, and improve the electrical systems and controls used in injection molding operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with injection molding machinery, industrial automation systems, and factory electrical installations, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal machine performance.

JOB SCOPES

  • Direct and supervise workers in electrical systems, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, pneumatic and drives, as well as repairs of injection molding machinery and auxiliaries’ equipment. 
  • Collaborate with mechanical and process teams to enhance equipment reliability, maintainability, and sustainable production output through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Identify poor reliability equipment, analyze failures, and implement corrective and preventive improvements. 
  • Review and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation, to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with equipment suppliers and contractors to arrange upgrades, repairs, and technical support.
  • Implement energy-saving initiatives and safety improvement projects in accordance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance using SCADA or factory monitoring systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards while performing maintenance, installations, and repairs on electrical equipment or machinery.
  • Support machine setup and commissioning for new projects.
  • Be available for emergency on-call duty to perform urgent troubleshooting and repairs outside regular working hours. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma and above in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in injection molding.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLC programming (e.g. Siemens, Allen Bradley), and AC/DC drives.
  • Experience in troubleshooting electrical faults in high-speed injection molding machines.
  • A0 chargeman license.

We are looking for an electrical Chargeman to take responsible for planning, execution and supervision on day to day operations of the entire building's electrical installation and monitoring on LV/HT facility equipment performance. Able to liaise with authorities and government body e.g. Suruhanjaya Tenaga, TNB, DOSH & etc.

Job Scope:

  • Operate, maintain, and supervise all electrical facilities and utility systems within the company premises.

  • Perform routine maintenance for the entire electrical installation, including high-voltage systems.

  • Conduct daily inspections, maintain records, and prepare monthly electrical reports.

  • Adhere to work procedures, safety policies, and all applicable laws and regulations related to electrical systems.

  • Analyze root causes of electrical breakdowns and recommend preventive measures.

  • Liaise with consultants and contractors on matters related to electrical systems.

  • Carry out instructions assigned by the superior.

 Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.

  • Suruhanjaya Chargeman License (Minimum AO)
